These terms apply to purchases and quotation requests made through peldsgn.com. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the website.

Products and pricing

Product images and colours are illustrative and may look different across screens. Measurements and tolerances stated on a product page or quotation apply. Prices are shown in Malaysian ringgit (MYR). Delivery charges are shown before an order is submitted.

We may correct an obvious pricing or product-description error before accepting or fulfilling an order. If this affects an order, we will contact you and offer a correction or refund.

Orders and payment

An order is subject to product availability and payment approval. Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, an unlawful purpose or a material pricing error; any captured payment for the cancelled item will be refunded.

Custom printing and customer files

A quotation describes the agreed model, material, colour, quantity, finish, price and expected timing. Production begins only after the quotation is approved and any required payment is received.

You confirm that you own or have permission to reproduce every file, design, logo or other material you submit. You must not ask us to manufacture unlawful, dangerous or infringing items. We may reject work that we reasonably believe is unsafe, unlawful, misleading or infringes another person’s rights.

Unless separately agreed in writing, submitting a file does not transfer its intellectual-property ownership to PEL DESIGN, and PEL DESIGN’s pre-existing tools, processes and original designs remain ours.

Delivery

We currently sell and deliver within Malaysia only. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are not guaranteed. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged, contact us so we can investigate with the delivery provider.

Product use

Use products only for their described purpose. Unless expressly stated otherwise, 3D printed products are not certified for food contact, medical, safety-critical, high-temperature, electrical-insulation or load-bearing use. Stop using a product if it becomes damaged or unsafe.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law. To the extent permitted by law, PEL DESIGN is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, misuse of a product, or loss caused by inaccurate specifications or files supplied by the customer.
